Pau believes in the transformative power of yoga, and in this prenatal class she will teach expectant moms that yoga is the perfect way to maintain a healthy mind and body during pregnancy and beyond. Yoga can help to tone the body in a safe, but effective way, and provides the perfect opportunity for moms-to-be to achieve balance. This class focuses on poses for pregnant women in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques that will help them experience an easier and more comfortable labor and recovery.
Pau D’Elia has been practicing yoga and meditation all her life and has been teaching for over a decade. She is Yoga Alliance certified in Power Yoga®, Prana Vinyasa Flow® Yoga, and Yoga Trance Dance®. Pau is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Through her YouTube channel and her healthy cookbook, The Secret Ingredient, Pau shares her passion for yoga, meditation and cooking.
